Information we collect

We may collect the contact, business, offer, audience and content information you provide through an enquiry, application or client onboarding process. We ask you not to submit passwords, payment-card details or personal information that is not required for the service.

Why we use it

We use relevant information to assess applications, communicate with you, prepare agreements, deliver purchased services, manage client work and meet applicable legal and financial obligations.

The Content Clarity Check

Your answers are saved in your browser so you can continue the check if you leave the page. They are sent to the website server when your result is created. If AI personalisation is enabled, your answers may be processed by OpenAI to make the wording and content directions more relevant. The diagnosis itself follows fixed rules and does not depend on AI.

If you request an emailed copy, we use Resend to deliver your result and MailerLite to add you to The Real Solopreneur email list. MailerLite may also store your diagnosis, capacity band and main content friction so future emails can be more useful. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

AI supported tools

Approved AI-supported tools may assist with organising, analysing and drafting from information you provide. Material client decisions and client-ready work remain subject to human review. Sensitive personal stories are not approved for public use without your explicit content approval.

Access and service providers

Access is limited according to role. Contractors receive only the information needed for their assigned work. Approved service providers may support forms, project management, contracts, payments, file storage and content production.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably required for its documented purpose, subject to legal and accounting obligations. You may ask about your information or request an appropriate correction or deletion.
